Rich with Pest Away was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explain his findings, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help put my mind at ease. He was punctual, courteous, and clearly cares about providing excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Pest Away to anyone in need of a thorough and professional inspection.

I had a sudden issue with flies at my dad’s house, and needed it treated asap. I got 3 quotes, and while their quote was by far the most affordable, I had chose this company based on it being local, family-owned, and a Black-owned business. And I have to say, I’m very very happy with my choice. Great affordable pricing, very thorough work, very professional. I was embarrassed at the state of the house, but I didn’t sense any judgment either, which was kind. He also thankfully takes Zelle and card payments, which was very helpful for me. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone needing similar services, 11/10 experience for sure 👍🏼 We’re all feeling the financial pinch right now, so this company being by far the most affordable coupled with the quality of the work is A+!

How awesome it is to find someone these days that is very kind and personable. Taking the time to meet the needs of his customers. I would give him 10 stars if I could and wish more businesses would be like this business. It’s heartwarming to know they’re still some rare businesses out there that are interested in customer service and thank you again for the job you did at my daughter‘s house for the wasps and the extras thank you again . Very happy customer and her daughter 🧒😊

Mr. McDaniel was very professional and explained to me the price of coverage he could offer to help keep my property free of insects through out the year. Mr. McDaniel text later to check to see if I was having anymore problems and if I saw anymore insects and if I did to call him and he would come back out.i chose this company because it was the closest one to where I live. After the service I know I found the right one. This company is one of one and I recommend it to any one who has insects. He also checked around my house and got rid of all wasp nests.

Richard was extremely friendly, professional, and did an incredible job. He was very helpful in knowing how to best approach our ant problem and was very thorough in getting every corner of our new house sprayed. He even found and got the black widow in the attic, and did well with our dogs in the house! We will definitely continue using him for all of our pest control needs!
